Dr. Dadkhah of EatWellGuru has more than 20 years of experience working with both adults and children in health and nutrition. She attended Colorado State University where she earned a Ph.D. in Nutrition. In addition to her educational background and training, Dr. Dadkhah also holds various certifications. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as well as Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management, Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Dadkhah has gained valuable work experience in a variety of settings, including a number of hospitals and outpatient clinics in Colorado, New York, and Washington, D.C. Her experience includes working with other researchers on various weight management and weight loss studies. Her track record also involves assisting thousands of clients of all ages and backgrounds with managing their weight and controlling chronic health conditions. Specifically, she uses her knowledge about nutrition to help children affected by weight concerns, diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Dr. Dadkhah is deeply committed to providing the best quality care according to the most recent evidence-based guidelines. She makes it her business to stay abreast of recent research in the fields of health and nutrition and she incorporates new developments into her counseling. Her primary goal is to actively listen to the unique needs of each of her clients and develop a personalized plan of action that supports individual health objectives while considering their preferences and lifestyle. The ultimate satisfaction for Dr. Dadkhah comes from seeing the evolution that takes place in her clients as they take full responsibility for their health and wellness.

With this incredible piece of technology, Dr. Dadkhah is able to review total body composition readings on weight, fat %, fat mass, total body water, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, bone mass, visceral fat, body mass index and see healthy range indicators to help her patients compare their measurements to specific individual ranges. With the help of this tool, Dr. Dadkhah is able to assess each of her patients on a personal level.
Not all insurance providers cover nutrition services. Please call the number on your insurance card prior to your visit to learn if medical nutrition therapy services are a covered benefit. When you call us to make an appointment, we will also obtain your insurance information to check your insurance coverage. We bill your insurance provider for each visit, and you cover the co-payment or deductible. The amount that you owe depends on the specific health insurance plan you have. For your co-payment or for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
